Hi all, I have this new shake that I make and my kids asked for it for dessert!!!
raw spinach, place in blender till full. Add just enough water to make it blend. Not to much. Blend
1-2 bananas to make it smooth and any kind of fruit strawberries are good and so is pineapple.
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder,
2Tbsp ground flax seed.
blend till smooth and enjoy
The fruit should be the same amount as the spinach. And they get their fruit and veggies all in one sitting. its fab. and soooo good. enjoy!!!
This can last 2 days in the fridge. Ours doesn't make it to the fridge. : )

kids say the cutest things.
The other day I was upset and was yelling. Yes I have a habit of doing that but I have been doing better. Anyways, Karissa says to me "Mommy don't be a monster, be a mommy, mommy!!!" That made me laugh. She can be so cute!!!

Day at the Korths
We spent the morning at Kellie's house playing with their chicks and helping them make jam. The kids LOVED the chicks it was awsome!!!!
Then we went back and had fhe with them. We had a lesson then did smor's. Then we played on their tree swing. It was a blast. Steve wouldnt do it. He was to old. That came out of his mouth by the way. lol

Shenna the other day was standing all by herself. she stood for like a min. before she decided to sit down again. i couldnt believe it. well here are the pics. shenna was mad because i took away something. the other pic she is trying to get the camera. silly girl.
oh my house isnt always that messy. it was sunday and i dont clean on sunday if i can get out of it. ouch what a mess! anyways, it is what it is.

chocolate chip cookies
ok so i am trying to be healthier and i took a reg recipe and turned it into a healthier one.
1 c butter melt a little in the microwave
2/3 c honey
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp b.p.
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
mix well for about a minut on high.
3cups wheat flour (if it looks like it needs a little more add 1/3 cup to that)
2 c chocolate chips
1 c almonds or any other nut that you like.
mix well and bake at 350 for 10-12 min.
