I thought this was cool. It dropped down and the oil and water created a bubble where the color just hung out for a few minutes.

Here comes the bubbles/lava lamp effect. : )




This is what happens when you stick to many in at one time. : )

We dicided to make our own lava lamp. So the science part? Here goes. Water is heavier then oil so the oil seperates from the water. Then when you put water base food coloring in it creats a bubble that floats down and sits for a few minuts when it burts it is really cool. Anyways, then you add the alkeseltzer. When that hits the water it starts to fizz then the second part of science happens and you have the colored water going into the oil and creating colored bubbles. Way cool and kids are having a blast!!!!!

4th cake!!!!

Kids playing outside ya I know we need a new tramp. But they were having fun anyways.

Corlie's baptism was yesterday March 6 2010. It was good to have everyone come. She looked beautiful as she always does. We had a great day and could really feel the spirit. Isn't it funny how the adversary works though. We started out having a great morning then one thing after another and before you know it contention. We of coarse had a prayer and then off we went. It ended up being a wonderful day. We missed our families but were grateful for Jeremy and his family and then ALL of our wonderful friends that came to be a part of her and our lives. You all are such wonderful people and we are truly blessed. And for those who couldn't make it we know that you tried or just couldn't but that your thoughts were with us so thanks. Love you all!

So, yesterday was Martha's birthday but so was Corlie's baptism so we had her birthday on Friday. It was great we had friends and family over and has a great time. She turned 10 and I can not believe how fast time has gone by. And in another 10ish years she will be gone. I cant even comprehend that. She is such a loving child and a true blessing to me. I read on a friends blog about her first child and would love to repeat it. She is the first one to make we a mom. I love you Martha!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!
